Meet the Author

Pamela Wendtland children’s book author and humanitarian has been traveling to Tanzania Africa since 2009. She founded her second nonprofit Mission Barista Global in 2021 and has loved the people of this country and was moved to help share the story through her two children’s books The Happiest Day for Simeon and Sula and Simeon and Sula’s First Day of School . Her passion is to help everyone learn and understand how children in developing nations live and she does this through her creative author visits which include the story through her dolls and curriculum! These books will help the reader learn how different we are and how important family and the love of others changes the lives of Simeon and Sula! Ms. Wendtland cherishes her family, and her big loving Golden Retriever named Murphy.
